Delete your data

Remove one connected channel

  1. Sign in and open your connected accounts.
  2. Choose the channel and select Disconnect.
  3. We revoke our access with the platform where it allows it, delete the access token immediately and delete that channel’s figures within 30 days. Records of finished campaigns stay as described below.

Close your account and delete your data

  1. Signed in: go to Privacy requests and choose deletion.
  2. Cannot sign in: email [privacy contact — to be confirmed] from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
  3. If you have an open campaign or money waiting to be paid, we settle it first and tell you what is left to do.

Removed our app from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google?

If you remove Creator Network from the apps and websites settings of your social account, the platform tells us and we start the same deletion for the data we received from it. For Facebook and Instagram you receive a confirmation code; you can check the status of that request at any time with the link the platform shows you.

What we delete and what we keep

Deleted within 30 days
Profile, connected channels and their figures, access tokens (immediately), drafts and messages, public creator card and your inclusion in network statistics.
Kept, then deleted
Payment, payout and invoice records, for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require; security and audit logs for up to 12 months. These are kept separately and used only for those purposes.
Not affected
Posts on your own social accounts. We never delete content from your channels; remove those posts on the platform if you want to.

How long it takes

We confirm a request immediately when it is made from your account, or within 5 working days by email, and complete deletion within 30 days. If we cannot delete something, we tell you what and why.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
